You were referred to this page for one of the following reasons:
1. You don't have Flash on your computer or your version of Flash is too old.
2. Your Internet Explorer browser security settings are set to the highest level.
This setting prevents any Flash content from being displayed in your browser,
even if you have the latest version of Flash. It also prevents any scripts from
running that might detect your version of Flash and try to help you get it or
upgrade. Reset your security settings to the default levels (which are plenty
secure) and everything will work fine. To do this in Explorer go to Tools/Internet
Options/Security/Internet Zone and drag the slider from High to Medium.
3. You don't have administrative privileges on your computer. If this is the case,
it's possible to go to the Macromedia download page, intall the Flash Player and
think that everything's OK. But Flash will not work. Only the administrator of
your computer can install any new programs. If you're in a corporate environment,
contact your help desk and ask them to upgrade your machine to Flash 6.0.
4. Your browser is not java-enabled. Contact your help desk
